About Us

It was a cold rainy afternoon in the fall of 2003 when longtime friends and neighbors Jack Canouse and Chris Albano came up with the inspiration of Stars and Strikes. They realized there was a desperate need in the Metro Atlanta area for a place where people of all ages could go to have clean, safe fun. So, with drinks in hand and time to spare, the boys got to planning. They imagined a place with top-notch guest service, thousands of square feet of fun, delicious food, personable staff members, and of course a fully loaded bar ran by the best bartenders in the business. After months of hard work and planning, Jack and Chris turned their rainy day ambitions into a reality. In June 2005 they opened their first center in Cumming, Ga.

The original location was soon followed by new centers in Metro Atlanta: Dacula/Lawrenceville, Dallas, Stone Mountain, Sandy Springs, Woodstock, Loganville, Buford/Mall of Georgia. 2006 saw the expansion of the company outside of the Metro Atlanta area in Columbus and Augusta, Georgia, Huntsville, Alabama, Smyrna, Tennessee and Summerville, South Carolina. Sweeping the South with their fun-filled dream was not just the work of two men but a group effort of many friends, family members and key team members. Stars and Strikes is truly a unique place where friends, family, and fun come together to make lasting memories.

As a Server at Stars and Strikes, you are responsible for creating a fun, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for guests throughout the entertainment center. This role combines excellent customer service with efficient food and beverage service while maintaining a high standard of hospitality in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Deliver food and drinks quickly while ensuring order accuracy.
Maintain knowledge of the full menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and company policies.
Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
Monitor guest satisfaction by checking in regularly, refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and responding promptly to requests.
Maintain clean and organized dining, bowling lane, and service areas.
Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure efficient service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Support special events, birthday parties, and high-volume shifts while maintaining exceptional guest service.
